About singing lessons Oxford - in person & ONLINE -

with lesley anne knight

Based in Oxford since 2007, I am a graduate of Oxford Brookes and Trinity College of Music and a professional singer with experience in the West End, television and radio. I am also a musical theatre historian with a specialism in the development of musical theatre on Broadway in the twentieth century and have researched, written and presented on TV, radio and online.

I have been teaching privately since 2003 and students include successful recording artists and leading West End and Broadway performers.

I am a vocal coach and PhD research student on the teaching faculty at London College of Music, working with students on the BA Musical Theatre programme and an Associate Lecturer in singing technique and performance at Oxford Brookes University.  Other work includes coaching work at The Oxford School of Drama (spring 2016) and Drama Studio London, working with post-graduate students on development of technique and confidence building for performance.

I also really enjoy teaching younger pupils and have 8 years experience as Visiting Music Teacher at The Dragon School, Oxford, teaching pupils aged 8-13.
